What is the price of the 2021 Mercedes Benz S Class in Germany?

The 2021 Mercedes Benz S Class starts from €93,438 in Germany. Mercedes Benz launched the new S Class model services W223 in 2020. The latest S Class comes in three different versions, they are standard, long wheelbase and Mercedes Mayback. The Mercedes Benz Maybach model is the longest S Class available on sale.

The latest S class is the seventh generation model and it is developed on the MRA-II architecture. Mercedes Benz will manufacture all the latest models based on this platform as it offers more rigidity with a minimum increase in weight. Mercedes Benz used aluminium in the front multi-link suspension components, the Airmatic suspension system is standard equipment across all S Class models.

At the rear, there is also an independent suspension setup. Mercedes Benz also designed a steering rack for the rear axle. The rear-wheel steering can turn both the rear wheels independently to the front wheels. This improves the manoeuvrability of the S class and also allows for easy parallel parking.

The airmatic suspension can automatically lower the vehicle and the latest airmatic bellows have additional valves that can quickly fill the air in small chambers inside the air bellows. There can be up to three air chambers per bellow and the speed of the vehicle raising and lowering is really fast.

The new S Class is also taller than the model it replaces, there is 16 mm more headroom in the interior. The interior also features a second-generation Mercedes Benz user experience interface. There is a massive 12.8 inches O-led display located in the centre console. All the vehicle features can be accessed from the dedicated menus in the MBUX system.

There is an integrated fingerprint sensor in the lower control panel. Customers can now customise different profiles and access them using their fingerprints. The MBUX is also capable of finding the correct driving position and saving it once the driver inputs his or her height into the MBUX.
